Life can be overwhelming at times. I know, I’ve been there. Trust me. From a difficult childhood, cancer, relationship issues, redundancy, menopause, heart problems…I can (and will!) write a book on how tough life can be.
What this has taught me, though, along with formal training in coaching, is how to pull out of these challenges with the lessons learned and a new direction for moving forward. Asking myself the question ‘What do I really want?’ has to be one of the hardest questions I have ever had to try to answer. Along with ‘What makes me happy?’. Seemingly simple questions on the surface, underneath really tough. Start scratching at that surface and it can be overwhelming…which is where someone like me steps in.
Using my formal coaching training (from Tony Robbins to NLP Master Practitioner and all sorts in between including practical experience), and my strong intuition, I will help you to identify what the vision for your future is, and what action steps you can take to get there. Whether it’s your life or your business, see me as the alchemist who can take your question, thoughts, ideas, fledgling vision, whatever it is you present me with and over the course of the coaching and help you turn it into gold.
I have helped people turn their business from something struggling into something that not only suits them personally but also grows into something more than they thought it could be. And I have helped people address their lives and realise what it is they want…and go get it.
